Since 2006, Mr. Joshua D. Clark, Esq. has served the South Florida community, focusing his
practice on all aspects of civil litigation and representing both individual and corporate clients.
Mr. Clark has a wealth of experience in investment and securities professional misconduct,
commercial litigation and business and shareholder disputes. Mr. Clark has represented
plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of businesses and industries including
employees, employers, investors, hedge funds, hedge fund administrators, banks,
accounting firms, law firms, real estate and condominium developers.
Mr. Clark has represented clients in the largest Ponzi schemes Florida and the United
States. Mr. Clark advocated for a large group of investors in a massive South Florida
Ponzi scheme involving a Fort Lauderdale law firm. Mr. Clark also represented the then-largest
hedge fund service provider in the world for claims relating to Mr. Bernard L. Madoff’s Ponzi scheme.
