Joshua D. Clark has over 10 years experience in private practice representing both individual and corporate clients in all varieties of matters including business disputes and litigation.  Mr. Clark has a wealth of experience in complex commercial litigation, business litigation and securities litigation.

 

Mr. Clark has been a part of and served the South Florida community since 2006, focusing his practice on all aspects of civil litigation.  Mr. Clark has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of businesses and industries including employees, employers, investors, hedge funds, hedge fund administrators, banks, accounting firms, law firms, real estate and condominium developers.

 

Mr. Clark represented parties entangled in the largest Ponzi schemes Florida and the United States have ever seen.  Mr. Clark represented a large group of investors in a massive South Florida Ponzi scheme involving a Fort Lauderdale law firm and represented the largest hedge fund administrator in the world for claims relating to Mr. Bernard L. Madoff’s Ponzi scheme.

Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Clark was a commercial litigation partner at a mid-size international firm in Fort Lauderdale, as well as an associate in a boutique complex commercial and securities litigation firm in Miami.

Mr. Clark earned his law degree from the University of Florida, Frederick G. Levin College of Law in 2004. Mr. Clark also earned a Certification in International & Comparative Law and served as research assistant to Director of the International Trade Program.   Prior to obtaining his juris doctor, Mr. Clark graduated from Millikin University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting.   

 

Mr. Clark is involved in professional organizations such as the Business Law Section and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
